Contexte du recrutement et définition de poste
Your role:
- Ensure and coordinate the interface with Business of Operational Entities establishing a close relationship with Business / Operational Owners, consolidate Demand from capture to project mapping.
- Directly contributes to the demand management process of the expressed need, maintaining a complete portfolio view shared with the supported Business or Operational entities and with IT teams.
- Represent the voice of the customer to IT and the voice of IT to customer during demand phases
- Challenge, Qualify, prioritize customer needs according budget and strategic industrial roadmap
- Contribute to budget consolidation and strategic roadmap bringing anticipation vision (communicating trends, expectations, and ambitions from customer to co-build with architects and urbanists the IT blueprint
- Accountable of handover between demand management process and project management process (prioritized assessed demand to engagement planning)
- Manage Feedback loop from build and run phases for his own deliverables.
- Contribute to IT BSA Community.
Your Missions :
- Accountable and Responsible of Demand management process for capture, qualify and feasibility before T-1:
- Capture and qualification to ensure the appropriate understanding of requirements from his business and operational counterparts.
- Fill the pipeline of OBS IT demands and share on purpose within the IT community
- Accountable for feasibility, leveraging potential of existing process and parameter setting
- Review and prioritize with business or operational entities, making sure the answer is appropriate for current and future requirements
- Input validated demand to appropriate governance.
- Responsible of anticipation of IT evolution to answer business and operational requirements and benefits.
- Identify disrupting demands
- Contribute to priority & capacity planning & project initialization
- Ensure smooth handover of: Scope, solution principle, budget, anticipated capacity requirement, expected timeframe and ROI
- Contribute to Build phase
- Participate to the Project Board of the Business or operational entities as the IT representative.
- Maintain a complete high-level view of all projects of the Business or Operational entities and share this view with Business Owners and with IT teams.
- Contribute to Run phase
- Follow-up on completeness and performance of the delivered IT solution
- Look for Business Benefit Recording and potential gap analysis.
Profil Recherché
about you
- Engineering degree in computer science with strong experience in IT and Telecommunications - 15 years.
- Knowledge of OBS portfolio and associated service management needs.
- Knowledge of OBS process and operational needs.
- Customer focused, results oriented, autonomous with a dynamic ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent knowledge on IT technology, French and International IS supporting OBS business.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to convey, ability to team transversally, ability to develop a network cross FT group.
- Knowledge on major IT industry standards (e.g., TMF, ITIL, Telco 2.0, SOA, etc.) and majors IT vendors.
- Strong experience in multi-cultural team management.
- Successful experience in the management of complex and interdependent project roadmaps, driving and mastering overall picture.
- Ability to synthesize building synthetic report and synoptic view.
- Written and oral fluency in English and French with excellent presentation skills.
