Contexte du recrutement et définition de poste

As a BMC Remedy Developer, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

 

• Designing, developing, and customizing BMC Remedy applications to meet business requirements.
• Customizing BMC Remedy forms, fields, and workflows to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within BMC Remedy applications.
• Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of BMC Remedy solutions.
• Documenting technical designs, configurations, and customizations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BMC Remedy applications, processes, and best practices.

Profil Recherché

Profile main requirements (must have qualifications) :

 

• University or college degree in engineering, computer sciences, physic, mathematics or relevant experience in equivalent domain
• Great communication skills in English and French
• 4 years+ experience with BMC remedy custom application development
• Strong grasp of programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or C# for customizing and extending BMC Remedy applications.
• Ability to develop, configure, and customize applications using BMC Remedy AR System.
• Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to BMC Remedy applications and configurations
• Ability to analyze business processes and requirements to design and implement effective BMC Remedy solutions

 

Nice to Have:

 

• Collaboration and Communication : Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Safe Agile methodology
