Within the Orange Wholesale Division, International Carriers is responsible for business relations with international operators on 5 continents (excluding France).

International Carriers manages 3 main types of Business Wholesale: voice, data (transmission/IP/content) and mobile services and security. IC brings together all areas of end-to-end commercial activity: sales, marketing, pre-sales, after-sales service and sales administration.

Among the commercial entities, the Group Carriers Partnerships (GCP) department is responsible for the Orange Group's subsidiary operators (consolidated or not), i.e. around thirty accounts (France, AMEA, EME). In addition to our commercial ambitions, our mission is also to promote synergies within the Orange Group and to help build a strong partnership relationship.

 

Contexte du recrutement et définition de poste

  • Develop Voice revenues by building customer loyalty with our Voice Corridors and Value-Added Services offering
  • Leading and working in synergy with GCP sales staff to meet our customers' expectations
  • To manage, negotiate and sign deals within its remit in order to maintain and develop the Group's sales and margins, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Working closely with Key Account Managers Group Orange, Destination Managers Marketing voice, voice mkg, controlling, legal, Ops, Orange MEA, Orange France.
  • Take responsibility for customer relations and customer satisfaction in this area
  • Ensures the financial profitability of the business it manages by defending margins
  • Guarantee the quality of files and data transmitted to the various internal players
  • Monitor and report all sales activity in the IC sales information system

Profil Recherché

  • Fluency in English-both written and spoken
  • Proven sales experience: mastery of all phases of sales (discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, conclusion, mastery of offer preparation techniques, knowledge of the IC offer so as to be able to conduct targeted interviews).
  • Report to management, in particular by updating the sales information system
  • Mastery of customer ecosystems, ability to rapidly establish a relationship of trust, ability to maintain a favourable and lasting network of relationships with customers and their environment (suppliers, partners, customers, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication, persuasion and leadership skills
  • Ability to define and build business cases
  • Ability to develop, progress and integrate new offers, develop team spirit and cross-functionality
  • Adaptability and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of office automation tools
  • Business development skills appreciated
