Mission:

The mission of this role is to develop, implement and drive the channel marketing strategy for the electrician customer base for Home & Distribution in Francophone Africa & Islands cluster, with a first focus on Moroccan & Algerian markets. The job holder will work closely with Offer Marketing, Demand Generation and Sales Teams. Key responsibilities include the strong management and execution of the Electrician Program, ensuring close alignment with the distribution go to market strategies.

The role requires collaborative working across the Schneider Electric business, with the Product and Sales Teams to ensure the electrician channel and its supporting distribution partner network meet their commercial objectives in terms of growth, price positioning, profitability, and other defined objectives for the electrician channel.

The job requires a strong & permanent presence in the field to ensure regular interactions with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the channel marketing plan for electricians to drive partner engagement and brand loyalty to increase width of offer and market share.
  • Understand the competitive market environment, customer journey and its demand drivers, with clear segmentation for the electrician channel to ensure the offer portfolio and its proximity is appropriate to secure business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain key relationships with product and function owners to ensure successful execution of the electrician go to market strategy.
  • Responsibility for (and targeted against) for the channel’s growth, engagement activity and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and ensure the availability of suitable training and tools for both internal and external customers with appropriate materials.

Build and operate the Electrician Channel Program and monitor its performance:

  • Define the differentiated Country Electrician Channel Program
  • Create compelling integrated programs that include demand generation, digital tools either for conquest or retention
  • Specify and recommend the mix of the resource allocation to animate the channel (Sales Force, Digital tools including PRM, Communication, ...)
  • Build and execute the annual electrician Channel marketing plan in line with the Division Playbook

Monitor the performance of the Electrician Channel Program:

  • Market Coverage: # covered accounts by SE
  • Electrician recruitment: # contacts, #marketable contacts
  • Retention and engagement activity: Engaged customer MAU, Returning MAU
  • Satisfaction level: CNPS & OES
  • Drive regular benchmarks to assess competitors and SE positioning

  • Work in close coordination with:
  • Sales Teams (KAM, Field & Inside Sales)
  • Distribution & Pro-Retail Channel
  • Marcom, SMA & Digital Customer Experience teams
  • Other Channel & Segment leads X-BU

Profil Recherché

Skills/Aptitude:

Ideal Profile

  • 3+ years channel management experience in B2B or B2C
  • Knowledge of electricians and electrical market
  • Has already been involved in Digital programs
  • Has already developed Customer campaigns
  • Fluent speaker in “French & English”
