Objective of this role/What you do

 

  • Responsible for recruitment efforts, onboarding, employee termination, company policy and procedure adherence. You will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resources needs.

 

What you will Do

 

  • Manage the entire recruitment process;
  • ensure a good integration of new recruits and administrative follow-up;
  • Contribute to innovative HR practices in a growing company;
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.

 

Profil Recherché

  • Graduate in HR from a school or university.
  • 2 years or less of Experience in recruitment (internship) is a plus.
  • Passionate about HR and motivated to learn.
  • Team Spirit and ability to collaborate.
  • Good communication Skills in French and in English
