Contexte du recrutement et définition de poste

The Power electronic converter Design Release Engineer is responsible of the specification development (Power Inverter Module, eMotors ..) while including the requirement from the various domains. He quotes the suppliers according to their technical Engagement. His/her objective is to design the hardware at the best level of performance, cost, and quality. The Power Inverter Module hardware should be adapted to costumer technical policy and requirements.

In this aim, the development phases include:

• Critical Design Review
• Worst case analysis
• Validation follow up including Performance, Environmental, Climatic, Electric and EMC
• DFMEA, PFMEA
• Issues tracking and Management, 8D based resolution.
• Interfaces with the other component: Packaging, EE, mechanical, electric machine, software… 
  The validation follow up will cover the various topics that ensure that the hardware is responding to all the requirements considering both design and the process.
  
  ensures that the products are maintained at its best level of performance and cost during the various phases following the start of production.
  
  The skills for this job are:
  
  
  • Electrical engineering
  • Technical knowledge in power electronic converter design and manufacturing
  • Experience in the development in the automotive domain
  • Good communication skills, organizational and teamwork skills
  • English language is required.
