Contexte du recrutement et définition de poste

 

• Participate in the delivery of the project features through an IT agile delivery team
• Contribute to all the Agile ceremonies to throughout the sprint delivery.
• Walkthroughs, discussions and potentially agile delivery and PI planning with the application users, sponsors and stakeholders.
• Creating the Project Plan/ WBS / user stories for upcoming PIs.
• Creating the product roadmap
• Manage backlog
• Attend agile planning PI sessions, system demos, and other agile events
• Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
• Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems;
• Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements.
• Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
• A champion for collaboration/teamwork and comfortable working with people across departments, levels of seniority, time zones and cultures. Lead communication with key stakeholders.

Profil Recherché

• University or college degree in engineering, computer sciences, physic, mathematics or relevant experience in equivalent domain
• Great communication skills in English and French
• 4 years+ experience as a Product Owner
• High aptitude for understanding information systems technology
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to facilitate, negotiate and work within a multi-domain team environment
• Ability to 'translate' technical explanations to business stakeholders
• 4 years+ experience with Software development in any modern language (JAVA, C#, C++), ability to understand JSON/XML, and experience debugging/triaging software defects and issues
• 4+ years experience with JIRA
• 4+ years experience with Confluence
