Née en 2010 d’une joint-venture entre l’Office Chérifien des Phosphates et le groupe américain Jacobs Engineering, leader mondial de l’ingénierie, Jacobs Engineering SA gère de nombreux programmes d’ingénierie au Maroc, notamment à destination de l’OCP.

Jacobs Engineering SA présente une puissante combinaison de ressources d’ingénierie, de gestion de projets et de gestion de la construction afin d’accompagner l’OCP et un certain nombre d’acteurs industriels marocains et internationaux dans la mise en œuvre de leurs plans de développement stratégique.

Afin de soutenir notre croissance au Maroc et d’accompagner nos équipes sur tous nos projets au niveau national, Jacobs Engineering SA (JESA) recrute dans le domaine de la construction et de l’ingénierie de projets.

Contexte du recrutement et définition de poste

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Health & Safety: 
    • Prepares and implements a health and safety plan for the project and ensures a culture of safety.
    • Demonstrates full commitment to all health and safety matters and provides safety leadership to the project team.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Implements communication tools and process to ensure all team members are informed about project status and key performance indicators.
    • Oversees, motivates and monitors the performance of the team, ensuring quality and timeliness of assignments and roles, and addresses any performance gaps.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Applies knowledge of all aspects of a project (engineering, procurement, quality control, etc.) to oversee the successful execution of the project plan.
    • Establishes processes and protocols for the documentation and cost control of the project. 
  • Financial/Contract Management:
    • Strong understanding and application of business drivers, financial reporting standards
    • Applies in-depth knowledge and understanding of client contract to the oversight and management of the project.
    • Ensures proper change control processes are understood and used with the project team and with the client.
  • Planning & Execution:
    • Develops an integrated set of functional/discipline execution plans (i.e., contracts, project controls, etc.)
    • Interprets and understands all of the key elements of the project schedule (such as critical path, actual versus planned activities, etc.) to identify adverse trends and take correction action when required.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
    • Understands client delivery models and effectively identifies and manages different stakeholders.
  • Risk Management:  
    • Identifies potential risks or new risks as the project progresses and effectively develops risk mitigation, contingency and resolution plans

Profil Recherché

Education

  • Engineering Degree
  • Curricula: Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Process, Mining, …..or equivalent)

Global Experience

  • 13-16 years of related project management experience.  
  • 1 to 2 years of Field Experience
  • Solid understanding of digital and data-centric project execution 

Specific Experience in the position

  • Strong understanding and application of all Jesa procedures, tools, protocols and systems.
  • Professional registration preferred. Completed PM Essentials training and assessments.
  • Approved by MOP and Manager of Operations.
